Out now on iPhone · Android in beta

Stay in ketosis. Ditch the macro math.

Snap a photo of your meal. KetoLens estimates your net carbs, fat, and protein, scores your Ketosis Battery from 0 to 100, and flags the hidden carbs that quietly break your streak.

KetoLens isn’t on the App Store in United States yet — but it’s rolling out to more regions. Want first dibs when it lands?

Privacy first Your photos are yours. We don't sell your data and never will.
The Ketosis Battery

0 to 100. No more guessing.

A single visual that tells you how likely you are to be in ketosis right now — based on what you've actually eaten today. No waiting for the scale to disappoint you on Saturday morning.

  • Carb Tank shows how much of your daily budget is gone.
  • Macro tiles for fat, protein, fibre, calories — all at a glance.
  • Live narrative tells you why your score moved.

Stats & insights

Stats that actually explain themselves.

Every score has a story. See the breakdown for today, the trend for the week. The lunch that quietly tanks your day, the breakfast that consistently sets up a good one.

Stats Today view: Score Breakdown with Carb Intake 59/100, Fat Ratio +1 pts, Hidden Carb Warnings -10 pts, Consistency +18 pts.
Stats 7D view: Battery Score History averaging 81% in the green zone, plus Net Carb Trend averaging 7.3g/day.
Social feed showing connected family members and recent shared meals: a chia seed pudding, a chef salad with a hidden-carb warning, and fish and chips with a salad.
Share with your people

Doing keto with a partner? Pantries merge.

Connect with family or friends and your scanned labels combine. Every meal they log shows up in your feed — with the same honest macro ranges and hidden-carb warnings you'd see for yourself.

  • Pantry sharing — scan a label once, both of you benefit.
  • Shared feed — meals appear with confidence levels and warnings.
  • Stay in the loop — without turning it into another group chat.
Favourites & Pantry

Eat the same things often? It gets faster.

Star a meal and re-log it in two taps. Scan a label once and it lives in your Pantry — the AI uses your exact macros instead of guessing.

Favourites tab showing starred meals: Salmon and Kale Salad with 7.6 to 11.2g net carbs, and Chia Seed Pudding with 3.6 to 5.2g net carbs.
Pantry tab showing labelled foods: Chia Seeds at 7.6g net carbs per 100g, and Organic Greek Yoghurt at 4g net carbs per 100g, both available.
Why this exists

I built KetoLens to lose weight without quitting. Then it worked. So I'm sharing it.

I'm not a keto purist. I'd tried a stack of diets before this and none stuck. The reason was always the same: they wanted me to count, weigh, scan, and log every gram. Two weeks in, I'd close the app and forget it existed.

With keto, I wanted three things from a tracker. Easy logging, so I'd actually do it. A warning when something keto-friendly was hiding carbs. One number that told me, roughly, whether I was in ketosis. Macros to the second decimal weren't on the list.

That's what KetoLens does. Snap a photo. See honest ranges, not a fake-precise 10.3g. Get a warning when the dressing is what'll actually break ketosis. Watch a 0–100 Battery as the day goes. Share a Pantry with whoever you eat with: scan a label once and both of you have it.

I lost real weight using this. I want you to have the same shot. KetoLens is built for easy, not perfect. Log what you can, let the app guide you the rest of the way, and don't be too hard on yourself.

Snap your meal

Point your camera at the plate. Or type it in if you forgot. We've all done it.

The AI does the work

Macros estimated, hidden carbs flagged, confidence attached. You eat, the app does the maths.

The Battery moves

0–100, in real time. You know where you stand without waiting for a blood meter.

Ranges, not fake precision

A photo can honestly tell you "8–12g net carbs." It cannot tell you "10.3g." We don't pretend otherwise.

Gets smarter

The AI engine learns from your corrections and the community's, so estimates sharpen the more you use it.

Confidence levels

Every estimate ships with high / medium / low confidence. You see what we know and what we're guessing, not a brittle single number.

Frequently asked

Is it free?

Yes — the free tier lets you log up to three meals per day. Premium (Pro) removes the cap and unlocks unlimited photo logging. New accounts also get a 14-day Pro trial so you can see the difference before deciding.

How much does Pro cost?

Two regular plans, in USD:

  • Pro Monthly — $12.99/mo
  • Pro Annual — $79.99/yr (~$6.67/mo, 49% off monthly)

Your local store (Apple/Google) converts these to your currency at checkout, so what you see in-app may differ.

How does the AI handle privacy?

Your photos are uploaded to analyze, then auto-deleted from cloud storage on a 7-day lifecycle. We don't sell your data. We don't share it for advertising. Account creation needs your email and that's it. Full privacy policy.

Will it work without internet?

Photo analysis needs a connection — food recognition runs in the cloud. Everything else (manual entry, browsing your timeline, reading Insights) works offline. Photos queue up and analyze when you're back online.

What if the AI guesses wrong?

Correct it. Every correction sharpens future estimates for you, and feeds the model. We'd rather show you a confident range with the option to fix it than fake a single number.

Is KetoLens medical advice?

No. KetoLens is not a medical device. The Ketosis Battery shows likelihood, not a clinical blood-ketone measurement. Talk to a doctor before starting any restrictive diet.

Can I share a pantry with my partner?

Yes. Connect with a partner, family member, or friend and your pantries merge: every label they scan saves you the scan, and vice versa.

iPhone, Android, or both?

iPhone is live now on the App Store — currently in 8 countries, with more regions rolling out soon. Android is still in closed beta (Google Play closed testing); drop your email at the top of the page for an invite.

How do I delete my account?

From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Or from the web: ketolens.app/delete-account. Either path wipes your data.
