How does the photo analysis actually work?
You take a photo of your meal. Our AI identifies the foods on the plate and estimates net carbs, fat, protein, and calories. We show you a range rather than a single number because a single number would be lying — a photo can't tell you exactly how much olive oil is in the dressing.
What's the Ketosis Battery?
It's a 0–100 indicator of how likely you are to be in ketosis based on what you've eaten today. It's not a clinical reading — for that you need a blood ketone meter. The Battery is a directional gauge: are you heading toward ketosis or away from it?
What are hidden carbs?
Sneaky carbs that hide in sauces, dressings, breading, glazes, and root vegetables. KetoLens flags them with a warning so you don't get blindsided by a ranch dressing that quietly added 6g of net carbs to your "low-carb" salad.
Why was my food identified incorrectly?
AI vision isn't perfect, especially on cooked, mixed, or oddly-plated food. Tap the food name on the analysis screen to correct it. Your corrections help us improve the model over time, so it's worth doing.
I'm on the free plan and hit my 3-meal limit. What now?
The free plan includes 3 photo-based meal logs per day. Manual entry is unlimited on the free plan. If you want unlimited photo analyses, KetoLens Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription — see your in-app upgrade screen for current pricing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: open the App Store, tap your avatar, tap Subscriptions, find KetoLens, tap Cancel.
Android: open the Play Store, tap your avatar, tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, find KetoLens, tap Cancel.
Cancelling means you won't be charged again. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
I want to delete my account.
You can delete your account and all associated data from our account deletion page or from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent.
The app crashed / a screen is broken / something looks wrong.
Email us with a screenshot and the steps to reproduce it. We can usually have a fix out within a release cycle (we ship roughly weekly).
